All-in-One PC (AiO)
This is the most mainstream "all-in-one" PC concept. It integrates the main computer (CPU, memory, hard drive, etc.) into the monitor, requiring only a power cord and a keyboard and mouse (many keyboards and mice are now wireless).
Features:
Advantages:
Space Saving: The desktop is very tidy, without a bulky computer case.
Aesthetically pleasing: The design is typically modern and suitable for both home and office environments.
Easy to Install and Move: It's ready to use right out of the box, making it easier to move than a desktop PC.
Highly Integrated: It often comes with a built-in camera, microphone, and speakers.
Disadvantages:
Relatively Low Cost-Performance: Performance is generally lower than that of a traditional desktop PC at the same price.
Difficult Upgrades: Due to the compact internal space, most hardware (especially graphics cards) cannot be upgraded, resulting in high repair costs.
Cooling: The confined space requires a high level of cooling design, which may hinder the performance of high-performance hardware.
Representative products: Apple iMac, Lenovo AIO series, Huawei MateStation X, Dell Inspiron all-in-one computers, etc.
